Agora Spring 2027

We're putting together the next issue of Agora, the undergraduate philosophy journal of the Madison Philosophical Society, and we want your writing in it.

What we're looking for: original philosophical essays, argumentative papers, and shorter provocations on any topic: metaphysics, ethics, political philosophy, philosophy of mind, logic, aesthetics, or anything adjacent. Undergraduate work only; co-authored pieces are welcome.

Format: 1,500–4,000 words, with citations in any consistent style (Chicago, MLA, APA). Clarity and rigor matter more than jargon.

How to submit: Send your piece as a PDF or Word document to uw.mps.editor@gmail.com with the subject line "Agora 2027 Submission." Include your name, year, school, and major only in the email
